Our story
2003
With extensive experience in providing sound for events of various sizes and genres, we established the public organization "Independent Sound Engineers".
2008
We grew rapidly, so we moved forward and founded the company - "Independent Sound Engineers Service".). We noticed that back then, Lithuanian sound companies couldn’t offer high-quality equipment for small and medium-sized events, such as jazz festivals, classical concerts, or contemporary music projects. That’s why we invested in a full “Meyer Sound” system, which meets the highest sound quality standards for small to mid-sized events. We’re proud to be the first company in Lithuania to become an official “Meyer Sound” partner for renting and servicing sound equipment.
We collaborate with event organizers and performers from Lithuania and abroad, assisting in planning and setting technical requirements for event sound. We deliver a wide range of audio solutions, including those for top-tier events.
Our sound engineers and technicians handle every aspect of event sound, from equipment setup and configuration to sound checks, rehearsals, and live concert support. We work closely with all technical service providers in Lithuania, allowing us to select the optimal equipment setup for each client.
Since our company was founded, we have serviced numerous events requiring exceptional sound equipment and the expertise of sound engineers and technicians. We have also worked extensively with renowned international artists, who demand the highest standards of sound quality.

Our Team
Valdas
Karpuška
A sound engineer and technician who developed an interest in the field during his teenage years, around the time when the Soviet system began to crumble and the possibility of independence emerged and eventually became a reality. This specialty allowed the company's founder and director to witness many significant events leading up to March 11, 1990—from the "Lituanica" and "Rock March" festivals to meetings of the Sąjūdis initiative group, which he also helped with sound.
In independent Lithuania, V. Karpuška continues to work closely with event organizers and performers at major and well-known events, festivals, and concerts, where top-level professionalism and precise sound quality are essential.

Having seen first-hand all the behind-the-scenes of the sound world since childhood, he started his first work as a sound director in his teens. Today, Karpuška has 12 years of experience in both Lithuanian and foreign events, festivals and concerts, and is an energetic and constantly developing professional in his field.

Immediately after his studies, T. Ždanovičius joined the team and learned the intricacies of sound engineering directly from his colleagues. Today, he is one of the most skilled sound engineers of his generation, with 12 years of experience and a body of work that speaks for itself.
